Contact details (phone number, email address, home address)
Course enrollment and batch details
Payment information (such as transaction ID or payment mode)
Login details and activity data from our learning platforms
Audio/Video if the student participates in live sessions
Note: We do not store full banking/card details.
2) How We Use Your Information
We use your information for:
Providing access to live/recorded classes and study material
Sending class schedules, homework updates, exams, and announcements
Verifying identity and processing payments
Improving teaching quality and student learning experience
Communicating support and important updates
3) When We May Share Information
We may share limited necessary information only with:
Online class platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS systems)
Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI apps) for transaction purposes
Legal authorities, only if required under law
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or marketing.
4) Class Recordings & Digital Content
Live classes may be recorded for academic and quality purposes.
Recordings and study materials are for personal use only.
Re-sharing, copying, selling, forwarding, or uploading our content is strictly prohibited.
5) Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data.
Access is controlled through passwords/OTP and limited authorized staff only.
6) Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Not share your login credentials with others
Not record, copy, or distribute study material, videos, or session links
Ensure your own device and internet connection is in working condition
7) Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted and will apply immediately upon publication.

Credo Study Educational Services (“हम”, “हमारा”, “संस्था”) विद्यार्थियों को ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन शिक्षण सेवाएँ प्रदान करती है। यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि हम आपकी जानकारी कैसे एकत्र करते हैं, उपयोग करते हैं, सुरक्षित रखते हैं और किस परिस्थिति में साझा करते हैं।

1) ली जाने वाली जानकारी
हम निम्न जानकारी ले सकते हैं:
नाम, कक्षा और आयु
मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल ID और पता , कोर्स/बैच विवरण
भुगतान से संबंधित बुनियादी जानकारी (जैसे: ट्रांज़ैक्शन आईडी)
ऐप/कक्षा उपयोग और लॉगिन डिटेल्स
कक्षा रिकॉर्डिंग में आपकी आवाज़/वीडियो (यदि लाइव क्लास में शामिल हों)
नोट: हम बैंक/डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड का पूरा विवरण स्टोर नहीं करते।
2) जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे होता है
यह जानकारी निम्न हेतु उपयोग होती है:
अध्ययन सामग्री और क्लास एक्सेस देने के लिए
कक्षा, टाइमटेबल, टेस्ट और असाइनमेंट की सूचना भेजने के लिए
अकाउंट और भुगतान सत्यापित करने के लिए
सीखने के अनुभव को बेहतर बनाने के लिए
सहायता (Support) और संचार के लिए
3) जानकारी किसके साथ साझा होती है
हम जानकारी केवल निम्न स्थितियों में साझा कर सकते हैं:
क्लास प्लेटफ़ॉर्म / वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग / LMS (जैसे Zoom, Google Meet आदि)
भुगतान प्लेटफ़ॉर्म (जैसे Razorpay, UPI आदि) केवल ट्रांजैक्शन उद्देश्यों के लिए
कानूनी आवश्यकता होने पर सरकारी निकायों के साथ
हम कभी भी जानकारी बेचते, किराए पर देते या विज्ञापन उद्देश्यों से साझा नहीं करते।
4) रिकॉर्डिंग और डिजिटल सामग्री
लाइव कक्षाएँ रिकॉर्ड की जा सकती हैं।
रिकॉर्डिंग केवल शैक्षणिक उपयोग हेतु होती है।
रिकॉर्डिंग/नोट्स/वीडियो को किसी तीसरे व्यक्ति के साथ साझा करना प्रतिबंधित है।
5) डेटा की सुरक्षा
हम डेटा की सुरक्षा हेतु उचित तकनीकी और प्रशासनिक सुरक्षा उपायों का पालन करते हैं।
आपका डेटा पासवर्ड / OTP संरक्षित प्रणाली में संग्रहीत होता है।
6) उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ
आप सहमत हैं कि:
अपनी लॉगिन जानकारी किसी और के साथ साझा नहीं करेंगे।
अध्ययन सामग्री को कॉपी / रिकॉर्ड / फॉरवर्ड / रीअपलोड नहीं करेंगे।
नेटवर्क और डिवाइस की व्यवस्था आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
7) नीति में बदलाव
हम समय-समय पर इस नीति को अपडेट कर सकते हैं।
नई नीति वेबसाइट/ऐप पर प्रकाशित होते ही लागू मानी जाएगी।
